12" Day of the Dead Latex Balloons

Celebrate Halloween in style with these spooky Day of the Dead Latex Balloons. Each pack consists of 6 black latex balloons which are printed with the colourful sugar skull Day of the Dead design. These balloons can be inflated using either a balloon pump or helium gas if you want the balloons to float.  When inflated each one will measure 11 inches. A great addition to any day of the Day of the Dead-themed parties.
