18" LOL Surprise Foil Balloon

This 18-inch LOL Surprise Foil Balloon is a great addition to your LOL Surprise party decorations and can be displayed on its own or as part of a balloon bouquet.  This balloon is supplied flat and will need to be inflated using a disposable helium gas cylinder.  To complete the finished look and to stop the balloon from floating away add some coloured ribbon and balloon weight.
