Q. If I place an order today, when will I receive it?
Our default postage is Second Class with proof of postage. We are updating our service to include 1st Class Postage as an option. Please view our delivery page for full details.
Q. What are the payment options?
We currently only accept card payments online via our online portal administered by Stripe Payments including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (previously Switch), Visa Electron and Visa Delta. We also offer Paypal, available at checkout. Paypal will also accept American Express. For each order please ensure that your billing address matches the address to the payment card is registered to as otherwise it will not be accepted.
Q. Is payment via a cheque acceptable?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a cheque.

Q. Can I return a product?
Yes subject to our terms and conditions. It is very important that our customers are happy with everything they buy from Party Dreams Online. A return must be unused and in its original packaging and can be returned within a 14-day period from the date of purchase. Please state on the return your name, address and contact details including the reason for the return. Please also include the order number provided. Please note that items such as tablecloths, plates, cups, etc are not eligible for return.
Q. Are the foil balloons available pre-filled?
Our foil balloons are not supplied filled. Card Factory can provide a Helium Balloon filling service. Please check with your local store before visiting.
Q. Age suitability for sweets.
We recommend that no children under 3-4 years are given sweets due to choking hazards.
Supervision must be provided to young children.
